My hands are very large (long fingers) for a woman, and I'm not sure how this would do for a man with large fingers. But for me - great. I like the compression - goes almost to the wrist. I have a little problem with the arthritis stiffness in my thumbs, but I think with more experience with the 'controls' I'll be just fine. The first one of these I received came 'naked' with no book or charger or anything. Returned it immediately. The replacement took a week to come, but worth it.
